These Terms and Conditions govern your use of stickandhack.com and your interaction with Stick and Hack Entertainment, doing business as Stick & Hack.

They apply to all Stick & Hack locations, including Fishers, Broad Ripple, Westfield, and future locations, as well as reservations, memberships, leagues, events, restaurant services, purchases, facilities, and recreational activities.

By using our website, completing a reservation or purchase, accepting these Terms electronically, signing a waiver, or participating in an activity after being given access to these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Website Use

You may use the Stick & Hack website only for lawful, personal purposes.

You agree not to:

Interfere with the website or its security
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Use automated systems to extract website content
Submit false or misleading information
Impersonate another person
Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Copy or commercially exploit our content without permission

We may restrict or terminate website access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Reservations and Customer Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate information when making a reservation, registering for an event, or completing a purchase.

Golf bay and activity reservations may be processed through Rex Reservations. Restaurant reservations may be processed through OpenTable. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms.

A reservation is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed through the applicable reservation system.

Availability, prices, activities, equipment, menus, hours, and venue features may vary by location.

3. Broad Ripple Golf Bay Policies

The following policies apply to Broad Ripple golf bay reservations.

Arrival

Your reservation begins at the scheduled time, regardless of when you arrive.

We will hold your bay for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that time, the bay may be released to guests without reservations.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled reservation period.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule without charge until 4 hours before the scheduled reservation.

Late cancellations and no shows may result in the loss of amounts paid or a charge for the reserved time.

Group Size

For groups larger than 12 or private events, contact Stick & Hack directly.

Food and Beverages

Food and beverages are available for purchase onsite.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Equipment

Clubs, darts, racing equipment, and other necessary equipment are provided where the applicable activities are available.

Golfers may bring their own golf equipment.

4. Fishers Golf Bay Policies

The following policies apply to Fishers golf bay reservations.

Reservations

Reservations are recommended. Guests without reservations are welcome, subject to availability.

Each golf bay accommodates up to 6 players unless Stick & Hack approves another arrangement.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled reservation to qualify for a full refund or credit.

Late cancellations and no shows may result in the loss of amounts paid or a charge for the reserved time.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and prepare.

Play begins at the scheduled reservation time regardless of arrival time. Late arrival does not extend the reservation period.

Food and Beverages

Beer, wine, and soft drinks are available for purchase.

Outside food is permitted. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Age Requirements

Guests younger than 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

Damage and Conduct

Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse, reckless conduct, intentional conduct, or failure to follow instructions.

Stick & Hack may end a session without refund because of unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.

5. Westfield and Other Location Policies

Policies for Westfield and any future location may differ based on the activities, restaurant operations, equipment, and services available.

The policies displayed during booking or checkout for the selected location are incorporated into these Terms.

If a location specific policy conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the location specific policy controls for that reservation.

6. Restaurant Reservations

Restaurant reservations may be processed through OpenTable.

Restaurant availability, table duration, party size limits, deposits, cancellation charges, and no show charges may vary by restaurant and reservation type.

Any applicable requirements will be disclosed through OpenTable or by the applicable restaurant before confirmation. OpenTable permits restaurants to display custom booking terms during the reservation process. OpenTable booking policy guidance

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

You are responsible for:

Reservation charges
Membership charges
League and event fees
Food and beverage purchases
Applicable taxes
Approved deposits
Damage charges permitted under these Terms
Other charges disclosed before purchase

Prices and promotions may vary by location and may change without notice before a purchase is completed.

8. Refunds and Credits

Refund and credit eligibility depends on the location, reservation type, membership, event agreement, promotion, and applicable cancellation deadline.

Unless required by law:

Missed reservations are not refundable
Late arrivals do not qualify for additional playing time
Promotional purchases may be subject to special restrictions
Event deposits may be nonrefundable when stated in the event agreement
Refunds are returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible

9. Memberships, Leagues, and Events

Memberships, leagues, tournaments, private events, and corporate events may be subject to additional written terms.

Those terms may address:

Fees and deposits
Renewal
Cancellation
Attendance
Scheduling
Guest limits
Food and beverage requirements
Equipment use
Promotional pricing
Event postponement
Refund eligibility

When additional terms are provided during registration or booking, they become part of your agreement with Stick & Hack.

10. Assumption of Risk

Stick & Hack offers recreational and entertainment activities that may include:

Golf simulators
Racing simulators
Darts
Putting games and practice areas
Arcade and interactive games
Leagues and tournaments
Golf instruction
Corporate and private events
Food and beverage service
Alcohol service
Outdoor activities

These activities involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

Risks may include:

Being struck by clubs, balls, darts, or other equipment
Injuries involving simulators or electronic equipment
Slips, trips, and falls
Collisions with people, furniture, fixtures, or equipment
Equipment malfunction or misuse
Physical exertion and repetitive motion injuries
Risks involving food, beverages, or alcohol
Injuries while entering, leaving, or moving through a facility
Other risks normally associated with recreational venues

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you knowingly and voluntarily assume the known and unknown risks associated with your participation and presence at a Stick & Hack location.

11. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and agree not to bring claims against Stick and Hack Entertainment, its affiliated entities, owners, landlords, officers, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, agents, and representatives for injuries, losses, damages, costs, or claims arising from your participation, presence, or use of the facilities or equipment, including claims based on ordinary negligence.

This release does not apply where prohibited by law or to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Guest Responsibilities

You agree to:

Follow posted rules and staff instructions
Use equipment only for its intended purpose
Remain outside active playing areas when another guest is swinging or throwing
Supervise children in your care
Consume alcohol responsibly
Avoid participating while impaired
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
Behave safely and respectfully
Report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment immediately

Stick & Hack may refuse service or remove a guest without refund because of unsafe, disruptive, abusive, illegal, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior.

13. Physical Condition

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of participating.

You should consult a qualified medical professional if you have a condition that may affect your participation.

14. Alcohol

Alcohol consumption is voluntary.

You are responsible for your decisions and behavior after consuming alcohol. You may not participate in activities in an unsafe manner because of impairment.

Stick & Hack may refuse alcohol service or remove any guest whose condition or behavior creates a safety concern.

Outside alcohol is prohibited at all locations.

15. Property Damage and Personal Belongings

You are financially responsible for damage caused by your intentional conduct, reckless conduct, misuse, or failure to follow safety rules.

This may include damage to:

Golf simulators
Impact screens
Racing simulators
Dart systems
Electronic equipment
Furniture
Fixtures
Televisions
Other Stick & Hack property

Stick & Hack is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

16. Minors

A parent or legal guardian must accept any required waiver for a guest younger than 18.

The parent or legal guardian agrees to supervise the minor and accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Location specific age and supervision requirements also apply.

17. Photography, Video, and Security Recording

Stick & Hack may use security cameras in public areas for safety, security, training, and operational purposes.

We may photograph or record public events for promotional purposes. Guests who do not want to appear in promotional materials should notify management.

A separate release may be required before using a person’s likeness as a featured subject in marketing.

18. Intellectual Property

The Stick & Hack name, logos, website content, photographs, graphics, videos, menus, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Stick and Hack Entertainment.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use these materials without written permission.

19. Outside Services and Links

Our website may connect to Rex Reservations, OpenTable, Stripe, social media platforms, and other services.

Stick & Hack does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or independent practices of outside services.

20. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided for general information.

While we attempt to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee that all website information will be complete, current, or free from errors.

Activities, menus, pricing, equipment, hours, and availability may change.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stick & Hack and the other released parties will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the website, a reservation, or participation in Stick & Hack activities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stick and Hack Entertainment and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your negligent, reckless, intentional, or unlawful conduct.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action relating to these Terms must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Indiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

24. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless permitted by law.
