This Privacy Policy applies to stickandhack.com, our Fishers, Broad Ripple, and Westfield locations, future Stick & Hack locations, and our reservations, memberships, events, leagues, restaurant operations, marketing communications, and related services.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Stick & Hack generally does not directly store complete payment card numbers.

Golf bay and activity reservations may be processed through Rex Reservations. Restaurant reservations may be processed through OpenTable. These providers may collect information under their own privacy policies.

3. Klaviyo, Email, and SMS Marketing

Stick and Hack Entertainment centrally manages marketing communications for all Stick & Hack locations through Klaviyo.

Klaviyo may process information such as your name, email address, telephone number, preferred location, subscription status, reservation activity, purchase activity, and engagement with our communications.

Our emails may use tracking technology that allows us and our service providers to determine whether a message was delivered, opened, or selected.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link included in each message. You may still receive transactional messages regarding reservations, payments, memberships, events, or customer service matters.

SMS Marketing

If you separately consent to receive marketing text messages, Stick & Hack may send recurring promotional and personalized messages through Klaviyo or another communication provider.

Consent to receive marketing texts is not required as a condition of making a purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may withdraw consent by replying STOP or by contacting us. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell or share SMS consent records or telephone numbers with unrelated parties for their own marketing purposes. We may provide this information to vendors that help us operate our messaging program.

Stick & Hack will not send marketing text messages until the recipient has provided the required consent. Klaviyo advises that SMS consent must be obtained specifically for the business sending the messages and recommends clearly disclosing SMS data practices. Klaviyo SMS guidance
