It’s almost here! The Masters is this week, and we’re preparing for the kickoff to the Majors in the best way we know how—with delicious eats, of course! What better way to get excited than try a few recipes inspired by one of golf’s greatest tournaments: The Masters at Augusta National?
Pimento Cheese Sandwich (yields 4 sandwiches)
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup pimentos, drained and diced
- 1 small shallot, minced
- Pinch of paprika
- Pinch of cayenne
- Pinch of garlic powder
- 8 slices of white bread
- Black pepper to taste
Mix the cheddar, pepper jack, cream cheese, and mayonnaise together in a medium bowl until well blended.
Mix in the chopped pimentos, minced shallot, and spices.
Spread the mixture onto bread, and top with a second slice to create a sandwich. Enjoy!

Masters Signature Azalea Cocktail
- 1 part lemon juice
- 2 parts gin
- 1.5 part pineapple juice
- Splash of grenadine, add until desired color is reached
Mix all ingredients together with ice. Garnish with lemon slices.
Refrigerate mixture until ready to serve.
Note: Can use vodka instead of gin if desired.
